Here's a riddle for all of you.
What is it that you see everywhere, hear everywhere, occupies much of your screen time, makes you do things, go places, explore new dishes..but u cant literally touch it
...keep guessing...
...okay...there's no surprises here. It's the plethora of ads you see all around you.Wherever you see there is an ad content.Someone is trying to sell the best fruit juices in his shop while the other makes promises to deliver tea at your doorstep without you switching on the gas.When you open a web page on your mobile, an ad pops up on your screen asking you to play a word game when u really want to concentrate on relieving yourself in the bathroom! Well, who asked to look at your mobile in the loo, anyway.When you are totally engrossed in a climax during a movie, a sudden appearance of under-wears flying on the screen cannot be underestimated! You are bound to have a look before u get back to the mood of the film.The ad has done its trick in your subconscious mind.
Recently, I was bombarded with marriage offers and that too with Tamil guys whose language would be totally Greek to me!
Is this some kind of a joke or what!
And that too when I was looking forward to celebrating my 20th anniversary with my hubby.To add to my woes, someone out there is even congratulating me for getting married! As if married once was not enough!
